Clinician-governed · neurodevelopmental documentation

From client intake to a clinician-signed report — one continuous pathway.

Cairoh captures structured neurodevelopmental assessment data at source, places standardised scores where they belong, and generates a structured report for the clinician to review and sign. The clinician diagnoses; Cairoh documents.

Proven in daily clinical use within Harley Mind Care, where it has supported thousands of clinician-signed assessments. We are now extending the platform for independent clinicians — this next stage of development and validation is underway.

The assessment pathway

Client intake, at source

Standardised forms sent to the client via secure links, completed before the appointment.

Pre-calculated standardised scores carried into the right part of the report.

Multidisciplinary coordination

How it works

One pathway, from first form to signed report

Cairoh was built around the real work of a neurodevelopmental assessment — not bolted on to it. Each stage feeds the next, so the clinician's time goes to judgement rather than assembling paperwork.

01

Capture at source

Clients and nominated informants complete standardised assessment forms through secure links before the appointment.

02

Score & structure

Standardised scores are calculated and placed into the correct section of a structured report, with every data point traceable to source.

03

Coordinate the MDT

Multidisciplinary clinicians work a single case together — appointments, assessments and reports tracked in one pathway view.

04

Review & sign

The responsible clinician reviews, edits and signs every report. Cairoh documents; the clinician decides.

What's different

Not one feature — the whole pathway, integrated

The market offers pieces. Cairoh joins them into a single neurodevelopmental workflow, co-designed with a working multidisciplinary team and proven in daily use.

The Cairoh differenceIntake to signed report, end to end

Client-completed structured intake, automated score placement, multidisciplinary coordination and clinician sign-off — in one continuous workflow. We are not aware of another UK product that combines these for independent neurodevelopmental clinicians.

Elsewhere in the marketPartial solutions

Specialist report tools draft from material the clinician must still gather. Psychometric platforms score scales but don't produce the report. Generic behavioural-health systems offer intake portals but no neurodevelopmental logic.

Co-designedBuilt with clinicians, not for them

Shaped around the real requirements of adult and child psychiatrists, psychologists, community paediatricians, psychotherapists and speech & language therapists working together.

Informant delegationCollateral history, automated

Clients nominate a family member as informant, who completes the informant report on the platform — automating a step that is otherwise a manual clinician chase.

For independent clinicians

Give your time back to clinical judgement

  • Cut report preparation from hours to minutes, without cutting corners.
  • Standardised scores placed correctly, every data point traceable to its source.
  • You remain in control — every report reviewed and signed by you.
  • Built for neurodevelopmental assessment specifically — ADHD and autism pathways.
